Stars Room
Welcome to Stars, our large, spacious active toddler floor for children aged two to three years. The Stars room is fully equipped with the latest top-of-the-range Community Playthings equipment and is set up to allow a free-flowing environment.
Your child is provided with the opportunity to explore and learn through play, incorporating an age-appropriate community play things climbing frame, there is a designated messy play area offering creative opportunities including play doh , painting, sticking and modelling , sand and water and other craft ideas.

Role play area
The role play area consists of a home corner with sink , fridge , washing machine , dishwasher , ironing board , microwave and other equipement as well as a large variety of dressing up outfits and props.
Reading corner
A cosy, soft-furnished reading corner with a good selection of books as well as a sofa and comfy child seating is provided for the children to enjoy reading, story CDs, and other activities.
Construction area
The construction area is equipped with community playthings, building blocks, and boards, as well as other equipment to encourage the children to explore making towers & houses and other things that we see in everyday life.
Child friendly tools and building materials are also available to enable the children to role play the construction and building industry.
Separate toilet facilities
The Stars floor also has its own separate child size toilets and basins to encourage supervised toileting, there is also a separate changing facilities room and nappy store.
Childrens' canteen
A separate canteen is also available for the children to enjoy lunch away from the main room to enable lunch times to be a happy enjoyable social experience.
Key person system
Stars has a key person system in place which enables children to learn through planned and spontaneous activities throughout the nursery day. Our dedicated staff team are committed and trained to nurture your child to reach their own true potential following a balance of home and nursery routines through the key person system creating strong relationships between staff the child and parents.
Designated snack bar
There is a designated snack bar area that the children can access throughout the day in both the morning and afternoon sessions providing Milk Water and a wide variety of Fruit and carbohydrates.
